Gil Losi Jr. and his father "Pops" started Team Losi by selling homemade aftermarket radio control parts and accessories at their local skatepark snack bar, transforming it into a small hobby shop. They later acquired the renowned "Ranch Pit Shop" and dedicated over three years to develop their first race-dedicated RC vehicle, the now-iconic JRX2, which featured a graphite chassis and 5-link suspension and pushed the boundaries of competitive RC racing. Today, it is recognized as one of the most innovative cars of all time.

The new Mini-JRX2 combines nostalgia with a touch of present-day technology, serving as a tribute to the memory of the original JRX2. With its all-in-one box packaging, original trim schemes, and old-school handling, drivers can experience what it was like years ago and create new memories or rekindle old ones.

The features of the Mini JRX2 include a scaled-down JRX2 design, rear motor configuration, 5-link rear suspension, completely RTR (ready to run), 650mAh LiPo Battery and .5A USB Charger, SLT 2.4Ghz Transmitter, 2-in-1 ESC/RX, rib fronts, and 4 row step pin rear tires, fiberglass chassis, full ball bearings, aluminum shocks, retro trim schemes, and a race-inspired motor with a retro look.
